Joe Neto represents the fourth generation of a family dedicated to the barber shop business. Joe worked side-by-side with his father, learning the craft for over 25 years. The opportunity arrived and together they moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida to pursue their American Dream.

In Fort Lauderdale, Joe developed the famous "Fort Lauderdale Flat-Top" haircut and earned the nickname “The King of the Flat Top”. He started his barber shop with two chairs which rapidly increased to ten, in no time people were lining up to see him.

"The Ultimate Barbers at Tradition" brings the tradition and craftsmanship of the old, together with the convenience and comfort of today. To maintain the tradition: Joe purchased 100-year-old chairs and had them refurbished; he brought back the hot shave with hot towels and the old leather soap; he uses the "Club Man" product line, which has been in existence for over 100 years. The comfort of the new comes complete with granite countertops, plasma TVs and wooden floors.
